The hotel staff were extremely helpful & friendly and they did their best to accomodate my requests. The South Indian restaurant really gives one a genuine taste of authentic South Indian food. The lunchbuffet at the roof top restaurant, South Indies serving was also very good. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.
I did encounter a small problem but the Reception staff sorted it out to my satisfaction. My thanks to the whole team. The Wifi connection was sometimes extremely slow, maybe the management can look into this, otherwise good value for money. I do have a suggestion for the management with regard to the room service bills - the bills that we are required to sign for the food & beverages must contain the prices, not just the description and quantity of what has been ordered.

Location and price the gave us a car with driver for 5k rupies an he was with us 14 hours we visited many wanderful places aroun the city, we drove abt 350 km
Smell of indian oils an sticks averywhere. In elevator, room, canteen. You can not get rid of it they have lost my Booked.net booking! I spent 1h during the night to teach them how hotels work. Should work. But thanks God thy let me in at last. They was so kind to provide airport transfer but it was kind of expensive. It was a challange to make them order me an official taxi. I had to listen to all kind of stories like it is not reliable an we are not responsible and it is impossible to order a taxi))) lol wifi is flaky. It worked for some hrs but died forever then.

One of the young gentlemen at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.
Smell in the room was of mould. The first room we were shown had a loud vibration thruout it as it was right next to the a/c shaft which was not balanced. Could not stay in this room. Breakfast for non Indians was very limited - pure veg - no eggs/omolets. Unfortunately due to not being able to get a train except one day earlier then desired we were charged for the extra night at full rate even when we let them know as soon as we came back from the train station. The Manager was very aggressive and rude when asked if there was any way he could reduce or assist us with cancelling the one night.

Staff was courteous. Clean toilets. Buffet breakfast was nice.
We were put in a different building, around 5-6 km away from main hotel, and not at the address mentioned while booking. It was told to us only when we landed there, we were told all rooms in main building were occupied ( despite booking it in much earlier in advance ). Room service was terrible, we had to call every time for soap, toilet paper, hot water ( electric kettle was absent in room though was mentioned on website), and every time the staff took long time to bring things. Definitely NOT 4 star.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve. the party was great - music, dancing, and fun. the breakfast had a nice variety. the location was also good - close to a shopping mall and a metro station.
The room was really small, and the bathroom was not clean. We had to keep calling for fresh towels.
